The Virtualiz3D team helped King Street Food Company with the virtual documentation of their newest restaurant, Bar Buca. We leveraged scans of the construction site for two out of the five phases we typically offer for construction documentation. By utilizing these scans, they were able to keep key shareholders up-to-date with superior in-depth visuals no matter where they were located. KSFC was also able to take measurements virtually for products that had to be ordered without having to go to the site. In addition, these scans made it possible for them to keep documentation on hand for future renovations and to troubleshoot any potential problems.

Rental Property

The Kingdom Group

The Virtualiz3D team helped The Kingdom Group create a virtual tour of one of their rental properties. They were able to acquire tenants from all different locales by leveraging a virtual tour. By providing potential tenants with the right digital assets, they were able to walk through the property as if they were physically on-site. The Kingdom Group managed to rent out all four of their vacant rooms in a matter of days by utilizing these tools. Not only did this save the Kingdom Group time and money, but it also saved the tenants a trip to see if the accommodation would suit their needs.
